Trish at Tri-Toy Productions absolutely rocks! I was given a project to complete with a very tight deadline which started to spiral out of control in the 11th hour. I needed to have some audio conversions made from cassette and LP to MP3, and I didn't want to have to send out my items, wait and wait and wait and MAYBE get them back in time for what I needed. I found Trish using a web search, called her up, and found her to immediately be friendly, capable and willing to handle my time-sensitive request. I brought my tapes to her, and within VERY short order, I was enjoying my conversions. Trish took EXTRA time and effort to tweak issues as they came up with some of the recordings...I don't think too many others would really do that. Trish was always in touch with me, and making sure I was happy with the end results, and I absolutely was. I used the services of Tri-Toy Productions, when they created a video and photo montage for me. Trish was amazingly patient while I constantly sent emails with questions, and took away any and all worries that I had. She worked with me to make sure she had enough pictures, and kept reminding me that I needed to send her the music I wanted used. She was the consummate professional, meticulously covering every detail. I just finished watching the video, and both myself and my husband were alternately laughing hysterically and moved to tears. The video was so much better than I ever could have imagined! I can't even describe how fabulous a job she did! Additionally, a few years before, I asked Trish to create a video montage for my daughters' Bat Mitzvah. We gave her over 160 photos and several video clips to incorporate into the video. She listened very carefully to what we wanted it to look like and what we were trying to achieve. Working with her was a pleasure and she paid great attention to detail. I've entrusted Tri-Toy with transferring VHS, 8mm, cassettes, and records to CD and DVD formats. Most of it has been family "stuff" (treasures to us, of course) but they also worked with pre-WWII opera recordings, including a broken record that they saved. The quality of their work is consistently excellent; they're fun to work with; patient about explaining options; and their prices are fair and reasonable. I can enthusiastically recommend Tri-Toy!
